Nicole Graham
Owner
My name is Nicole Graham, and I began grooming professionally in 1992 with a goal that still drives me today: to provide pets with exceptional care in a safe, compassionate, and trustworthy environment. Over the years, I’ve built a well-established grooming salon known for skill, consistency, and a truly personal touch. Australian Shepherds have always been part of my life, and caring for them taught me early on the importance of doing what is in the best interest of each
pet. That belief is at the heart of Tailwaggers—every decision we make, and every pet we meet is handled with their comfort, health, and happiness in mind. I carefully select every groomer who joins our team and require many years of professional grooming experience from a previous salon.
Our low staff turnover is something I’m incredibly proud of; most of our groomers have been with Tailwaggers for over a decade. This allows our clients to enjoy the consistency of familiar faces and
knowledgeable hands year after year. Over the years, I’ve often heard that I run a “tight ship,” yet clients also tell me how warm and friendly our environment is. Our team supports one another, holds each other accountable, and shares a commitment to treating every pet as if it were their
own. At Tailwaggers, experience and compassion go hand in hand—and that’s what truly makes all the difference.

Kimberly
Hey there, I’m Kimberly! I’ve been grooming for over 10 years and love working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and quirks. I’m committed to making grooming a relaxed and positive experience for every pet. When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually out in the barn spending time with my horses—caring for animals isn’t just my job, it’s my lifestyle. I’ve been part of the Tailwaggers team since 2013, and I truly value working in a place where care and safety always come first.

Bilay
I’ve been a professional dog groomer for over 16 years, and working with animals has always been something I truly love. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and leaves looking and feeling great. I’ve been part of the Tailwaggers team since 2019, and one of my biggest priorities is making sure each pup gets the right match in handling based on their individual personality and comfort
level.
My experience with animals goes beyond grooming. I’ve raised and cared for a variety of livestock,
including sheep, llamas, horses, and more, which has helped me better understand animal behavior and work calmly and patiently with all kinds of personalities.
I enjoy grooming dogs of all breeds, but I have a special soft spot for Pomeranians and Poodles. Their coats allow for creativity, whether it’s a classic breed trim or a more practical, personalized cut. No matter the style, I focus on gentle handling, quality grooming, and creating a positive experience for every pet.

Jodie
Hi, I’m Jodie! I’m a pet groomer with 12 years of grooming experience and seven years of salon management. More importantly, I genuinely love helping pets feel comfortable, beautiful, and understood. I groom both dogs and cats and specialize in creative grooming because I enjoy bringing out each pet’s unique personality. I’m also certified in pet massage, which allows me to add a calming, gentle touch to every appointment. My goal is always to create a welcoming, serene
experience where pets feel safe and owners feel confident that their furry family members are in good hands. I’ve been proudly part of the Tailwaggers team since 2022.

Sandy
Hi there, I’m Sandy! I’ve been grooming for almost 15 years. When the opportunity to choose a new
career came along, I knew I had to work with animals. I began my training at the American Grooming Academy in Southern California. My days are filled with tail wags and dog kisses, and it’s
an absolute joy. Making my clients feel comfortable and beautiful is one of the highlights of my life.
I’ve been part of the Tailwaggers team since 2017, and getting to be “Aunt Sandy” to so many dogs is truly a gift.

Julia
I’m Julia! I’ve been grooming dogs for over 10 years, and I absolutely love what I do. I started grooming part-time while working as a full-time teacher, and over the years, it has grown into one of my greatest passions. I believe every dog deserves to look and feel their best, so I focus on creating a calm, caring, and stress-free experience for every pup that comes my way.
